This spa time can be booked for one or two people.
You are responsible for booking your monthly sessions, however, you will be allowed one (1) make-up session* in the event that you missed the previous month.

Give yourself a food facial at home and purchase Spa-Cipes, the spa cookbook. This book has a whole chapter about juicing and creating your own cleanse using food, oils and herbs. The rest of the book teaches you how to spa in your kitchen. Be a kitchen witch and whip up that salt scrub from salts and oils in your own kitchen.
