Just like cars, we need tune ups!
And because our bodies are our vehicles, they need tune-ups too. If you are not getting the proper tune-up that tunes up your body along with your mind. You will keep feeling stress and dis-ease.
This is a Santangelo Signature treatment.
Our Mind and Body Tune Up Treatment includes a 60 mins mixture of massage, sound healing, Reiki and hot towels with heat packs and scented oils.
- Massage – relaxes the physical body (60 minutes)
- Sound Healing – tuning forks (C Sharp); balance the energy body and mind
- Reiki – energy work; balances and relaxes both mind and body
- Heat Treatment – warm towels and heat packs to direct blood flow

This spa time can only be booked one at a time.
You are responsible for booking your monthly sessions, however, you will be allowed one (1) make-up session* in the event that you missed the previous month.
*Limited to one (1) each month.

Wonderful experience to reset and recharge. Wonderful experience for the body and soul and I love that she offers it as a monthly “tune-up!” I am very happy to add a monthly visit to Melissa as part of my self care routine.

While I lay quietly during my tune up I kept thinking what a good choice I’d made in signing up for this monthly and was happy that I would soon be back to benefit from Melissa’s care. After some rare Google map snafus (give yourself extra time on first visit), I was kindly greeted and ushered into a comfy and thoughtful space and soon was receiving a range of treatments. I hadn’t had a massage in quite a while and have never indulged much so my hope is that a monthly plan will keep me going and I’m happy to have found a practitioner I’m happy to soon be returning to.
